Tooling Construction

Our network of partners, validated and selected over the years, are able to create die casting moulds , trimming moulds and processing equipment according to the projects defined and consolidated with the client.

Usually the construction of the molds starts after the prototype has been created.

The next stage after the mold construction is sampling for approval of the mold built.

All moulds are delivered to the customer with certificates relating to the

steels used and heat treatments performed .

The use of top quality steels guarantees a long life of the equipment and a

consistent product quality.
