The quality of Alutech's service in the aluminium die casting sector is the result of the combination of the experience gained by the team , the quality of the equipment built , the efficiency of the process

production created by Alutech and the reliability of the circle of partners established over the years in a solid and productive way.

Once the mould has been created, Alutech subcontracts the mould to partner foundries, who will produce the pieces with the most suitable die-casting machine, agreed directly with the our technical team.

The Alutech production team visits the foundries daily to check production progress according to the agreed processes and times.

Thanks to our network of partners we can count on a large machine park to satisfy every request : from the smallest 150 ton presses to the largest 3,500 ton presses to obtain castings weighing from 50 g up to 18 kg.

Aluminum Alloys

We produce die-cast parts in any type of certified aluminium alloy .

In addition to the most commonly used alloys ( EN AB-43400, EN AB-44300, EN AB-46000, EN AB-46100, EN AB-47100 ), we also use special alloys such as Silafont 36 .
